LEGO 10338 ICONS Transformers Bumblebee Rolling Out Soon
BRICK BUILT BOTS
“Til all are one”
It’s been two years since LEGO 10302 Optimus Prime was released, and he’s been cutting a lonely figure in our displays. Rolling out on 4th July 2024 (1st-3rd July if you’re a LEGO insider) is LEGO 10338 ICONS Transformers Bumblebee. This is the G1 version of Bumblebee (as was Prime), and LEGO has done an outstanding job of replicating this little yellow dude. Optimus Prime will look great, standing next to one of his closest friends and most trusted scouts, Bumblebee.
WHAT IS THE RELEASE DATE FOR THE LEGO 10338 TRANSFORMERS BUMBLEBEE?
The 10338 LEGO ICONS Bumblebee will be released on July 4, 2024; however, LEGO Insiders can purchase the Transformers set from July 1–3, 2024.
HOW MUCH IS LEGO ICONS TRANSFORMERS BUMBLEBEE?
The price of LEGO 10338 ICONS Transformers Bumblebee is £79.99 - available to pre-order from the official LEGO website.
WHAT IS THE BRICK COUNT?
There are 950 pieces included with LEGO 10338 ICONS Transformers Bumblebee, and the set has a range of advanced building steps aimed at AFOLs.
HOW MANY LEGO MINIFIGURES ARE INCLUDED?
No LEGO Minifigures are included with this set, though we think it would’ve been cool to create a Spike Witwicky LEGO Minifigure to accompany Bumblebee.
AUTOBOTS TRANSFORM AND ROLL-OUT
This 950-piece set is fully transformable from Beetle to Bot and back. B-127 (or as we call him Bumblebee) has articulated joints, which will enable him to be displayed in a variety of cool stances. He is armed with an ion blaster to help defeat the evil Decepticons, and he has a jetpack to provide an aerial advantage. The LEGO Bumblebee set stands 24cm tall and roughly 16cm wide when standing, which means he is on scale with LEGO 10302 Optimus Prime as he is 35cm tall when standing. Bumblebee comes with a plaque that displays all of his power statistics.
