LEGO Round-Up May 2025 – LEGO F1, Marvel, Star Wars and Super Mario Kart!
A HUGE haul of new LEGO sets for May 2025 includes family favourites like Star Wars, Super Mario Kart and Marvel, plus new LEGO F1, Art, Botanicals and Icons sets.

If you've been holding out for a new LEGO set, May might be the time to break open your piggy bank, because there's no fewer than FIFTEEN new sets landing from family favourite franchises like Marvel, Super Mario Kart, Formula 1, and the fan phenomenon that is... Star Wars.
Let's not waste any time. Our LEGO round-up for May 2025 has all the details you'll need to build your wish list for this month - hopefully not the only thing you'll be building before the start of summer!
LEGO Art, Botanicals and Icons
We start with a trio of LEGO Art, Botanicals and Icons sets, including the mighty 2,400+ piece NASA Space Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (10360), which is bound to be a big success when it launches on May 18th.
LEGO Art Keith Haring - Dancing Figures (31216)
£104.99 - Out Thursday, May 15th (Pre-order now)
It's always fun to see how LEGO Art sets reimagine the work they're based on, and Dancing Figures is a really vibrant and dynamic collection of colourful dancers, inspired by Keith Haring's pop art piece.
With 1,773 pieces to assemble, LEGO Art 31216 is listed as suitable for ages 18 and up, but we think it's a perfect LEGO display set for younger builders' bedrooms, thanks to the funky shapes and vivid colours.
Each of the dancers - five in total - is a separate build, with its own instruction booklet so that the whole family can work on a figure each. Once assembled, they can be shown off as a wall-mounted LEGO display or on individual stands, either together or dotted around your room, with overall dimensions of 87 x 33 x 4 cm (W x H x D).
LEGO Botanicals Petite Sunny Bouquet (10347)
£24.99 - Available now
This is the perfect set for budding builders. It's rated for ages 9 and up, but the finished Petite Sunny Bouquet is really intricately detailed and measures 22 x 8 x 5 cm (H x W x D).
Slot together the 373 pieces and you'll be rewarded with a bunch of Billy buttons, bluebells, Cleopatra ferns, gerbera, peony, tulip and yellow yarrows (try saying that last one ten times fast...!).
You can arrange LEGO Botanicals displays in numerous different ways. Add the adjustable stems and put your Petite Sunny Bouquet in a vase, or scatter the blooms to create a tabletop centrepiece or a bookshelf garland.
LEGO Icons Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (10360)
£199.99 - Out Sunday, May 18th (Pre-order now)
For builders with their heads in the stars, Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (10360) is a detailed 2,417-piece build that features the Boeing 747 AND NASA Space Shuttle Enterprise. The aeroplane is equipped with a shuttle mounting system so Enterprise can piggy-back on it, as well as working deployable 18-wheel landing gear.
An included display stand and individual information plaques for the Boeing 747 and Enterprise Space Shuttle make this an impressively versatile desktop LEGO display, at a total size of 63 x 53.5 x 27 cm (L x W x H).
With THAT name, this would also be an excellent addition to any LEGO Star Trek display, especially as Space Shuttle OV-101 - better known as Enterprise - was given its name by President Gerald Ford in response to popular demand by viewers of the show.
LEGO F1
Hot on the heels of the 1:8 scale LEGO F1 display sets that came in March, this month's LEGO F1 Collectible Race Cars (71049) are on a much smaller scale and filled with fun.
LEGO F1 Collectible Race Cars (71049)
£3.49 - Available now
OK, we LOVE these pocket money LEGO F1 sets, which clock in at 29 pieces per car. There are 12 to collect, allowing you to assemble an entire grid for less than £42. They retail as mystery boxes, so there's an element of surprise and the chance to swap with friends too.
The complete collection features ten F1 team cars: Alpine, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Haas, McLaren, Mercedes-AMG, RB20, Sauber, VCARB and Williams. There's also a LEGO F1 car and an F1 ACADEMY car to finish the dozen.
With an oversized team helmet in every cockpit and working wheels, these are fully functional toy cars if you want to race them, and make for an eye-catching LEGO F1 display individually or parked together grid-style.
LEGO Marvel
There's just one new LEGO Marvel set for May 2025, but it's a key scene from the biggest Marvel movie of all.
LEGO Marvel Avengers: Endgame Final Battle (76323)
£89.99 - Out Wednesday, May 14th (Pre-order now)
LEGO Marvel Avengers: Endgame Final Battle is a 621-piece diorama that shows the pivotal moment when Earth's mightiest heroes pour through the portals to take their final stand against Thanos and his hordes.
This is an incredible value set. The build itself is not too complicated - suitable for ages 10 and up - but the finished scene is perfect for a bookshelf display, at 19 x 32 x 20 cm (H x W x D), and you can rearrange it and move characters around in a bunch of different ways.
Because of the 'sling ring' portals, you can mount several LEGO Minifigures up in the air, so there's no wasted height. And speaking of Minifigures, this set includes plenty:
- Iron Man MK85 with sword and shield
- Captain America with shield
- Doctor Strange
- Ant-Man
- Black Panther
- Falcon with 2 stud shooters
- Iron Spider with 4 movable legs
- Scarlet Witch with flame elements
- Chitauri with arm-mounted shooter
- PLUS an oversized LEGO Thanos figure
- AND a fully jointed Ant-Man mech
If you have any other LEGO Marvel sets (or even if you don't), Avengers: Endgame Final Battle (76323) is worth it just for the LEGO Minifigures, let alone the finished display.
LEGO Super Mario
One new LEGO Super Mario set for May 2025, and again, it's an instant classic with appeal for builders of all ages.
LEGO Super Mario Kart - Mario & Standard Kart (72037)
£149.99 - Out Thursday, May 15th
Don't be fooled by the photos of this one. Mario & Standard Kart (72037) is bigger than it looks. At 32 x 19 x 22 cm (L x W x H) and 1,972 pieces, it's a dynamic display model with a charismatic and colourful Mario at the controls.
Mario's head and arms are posable, so you can position the Standard Kart facing head-on or viewed from the side, and still have the planet's favourite pasta-eating plumber looking right at you.
This LEGO Mario display set is not to be confused with LEGO Super Mario Kart - Standard Kart (72032) which is a smaller 174-piece build measuring 14 x 8 x 4 cm. You can find more info about that one and some of the other new LEGO Mario sets for 2025 in our MAR10 Day blog.
LEGO Star Wars
LEGO always go hard for Star Wars Day on 'May the Fourth' and the absolute avalanche of new LEGO Star Wars sets this year is proof of that.
