What are the new UK to EU changes?
For EU countries, the UK VAT (20%) has been removed from our prices. The UK/EU trade deal says there is no custom/duty charges. As tax is not charged on your order, you may be charged local taxes when it enters your country.

Do you ship to my country and how much does it cost?
Shipping cost depends on volumetric weight. Add items to the cart and use the shipping calculator on the cart page.

Why is the shipping calculator showing my country as no shipping available?
Please check the top left of the webpage to make sure you are in the correct country selection.

Why is my payment card being declined?
Our payment processing is based in the UK and some international card issuers restrict foreign payments. Please contact the card issuer to lift the restriction. Alternatively, try using PayPal; you do not need a PayPal account to use a payment card.

Issues with the protective film or scratches on the acrylic?
