• We are now using IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) on your orders. This allows us to collect the VAT at the time of purchase, just like before Brexit. However, it only applies for orders under £125 (including shipping), which means you shouldn’t have to pay any further costs later. Our prices are shown exclude tax. • Orders above this value will go through the normal process, where the courier will collect the VAT, duties and clearance fees once the shipment arrives in your country. This needs to be paid before your package can be delivered. After we have dispatched your order, the courier will contact you to collect the payment (VAT, duties & admin fees).
