iDisplayit On The Move!

This month, we’re shifting our base of operations to a new office and warehouse in Luton. We’ve enjoyed many productive years in our current location, but we felt the time was right to move on to bigger and better accommodation.

Q: Why Are iDisplayit Moving?

We have big ambitions to expand the company so we can deliver more products and a continually-improving service to our customers. Our new office/warehouse gives us a better way to store the materials and equipment needed to construct our UK-made products so we can deliver them to your front door as fast as possible.

Q: Will The Quality Of My Product Change?

We’ll still be using the same premium acrylic on our products, and everything will be built by the same team using the same equipment – we remain a family-owned business offering precision-made products no one else can match.

Q: Will Delivery Times Change?

We’ll need a few weeks to get on our feet while we move everything over, so we appreciate your patience if things take longer than usual. Any delays while we get set up will be temporary, with normal service resuming as quickly as possible.

Our suppliers and delivery partners have been made aware of our move and are working with us to minimise disruptions and to keep everything running smoothly. Our new location includes easy warehouse access for vehicles and is located close to the nearest UK motorway, so our shipping facilities can run as efficiently as possible.

Q: I Already Placed An Order, How Will It Be Affected?

We’re working hard to dispatch as many orders as possible before the move within our normal lead time, though some purchases may be delayed as we draw closer to the move date. We’ll be prioritising the transfer of essential equipment and processes to the new office before anything else so we can get our usual operations up and running with the least disruption possible.
