May The Fourth Be With You, Can You Feel The LEGO Presence?

May Fourth LEGO Gifts

May 4th 2024 is fast approaching, the whispers and wishes of what LEGO may offer as GWPs (Gifts With Purchases) have been in the wind for a while now. LEGO have now confirmed the bounties that we can collect with our purchases between 1st May 2024 and 5th May 2024.

LEGO 30680 Gift With Purchase 2024

Our first offering when you spend 35 Imperial Credits or more (£35+) is the LEGO Polybag 30680 AAT. This has a brick count of 75 pieces and features a rotating laser cannon.

Star Wars Troop Carrier LEGO Set Release

Spending 145 Imperial Credits or more (£145) will enable you to be eligible to receive the LEGO 40686 Trade Federation Troop Carrier. This set comprises of 262 pieces and has six Battle droids and two Pilot Battle Droids. The rack slides out and unfolds to release the LEGO Battle Droids just as we see it do in Star Wars The Phantom Menace. This 40686 set does look quite similar to the 2011 release LEGO 7929 The Battle Of Naboo, which we discuss further in our Unboxing of the LEGO Star Wars GWP blog.

LEGO VIP Star Wars Weekend Gifts

Those of you who have signed up to be LEGO Insiders have another GWP available to you, if you spend 80 Imperial Credits or more (£80) then you can receive the Battle of Yavin Collectible coin that depicts the moment that Darth Vader says the iconic “ I have you now” line.

LEGO VIP Exclusive Art Print

You can redeem 1,800 LEGO points to claim this LEGO Star Wars Limited - Edition Art Print by artist Joe Hogan. This print depicts a plethora of characters, creatures and droids, ranging from Grogu to Max Rebo.

As a Lego Insider, you get early access to LEGO 75382 Tie Interceptor from 12:00 am BST on 1st May 2024, with a general release on 4th May 2024. This looks to be quite a cool set with 1,931 pieces and a price tag of £199.99. A pilot minifigure is included along with a little black mouse droid too. The printed tile of spec sits nicely at the base of the Interceptor and the 25th Anniversary brick is present on the stand too.

LEGO has said that there will be more promotions and LEGO Insiders rewards as we get nearer to the big day - so keep an eye out on our blog news for more info.
