The case fits together really nicely and looks fantastic! Great quality. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps numbering the pieces. I had to double check a few times which was the top/bottom (for future ref the bottom piece has the slit cut in it). Simple enough though anyway. Well packaged. Really pleased, will be using you in the future.
An amazing quality case, well designed fittings, very well packaged, and first rate customer service. 100% recommend to keep the Ecto-1 looking good for years to come.
Was wanting the black base, but due to the fantastic discount went with white. As always great quality from iDisplay.
Not used for designed set, worked well with the E11 Blaster from Demonhunter Bricks & complimented the rest of my Stormtrooper display.
Very experienced DIYer and professional found it extremely challenging to mount on the wall. What should have been 15-20mins took 2 hours of attempts. It does look good but would defo benefit from light, for the money there should have been one.
Another great case from iDisplayit. Delivery was quick and case was, as usual, easy to assemble. Looks good in our bay-window, showing off our moggie and being admired by the neighbours. With the added bonus of keeping him dust- and damage free.
I bought this stand to give my LEGO Galaxy Explorer a more dynamic flying angle while on display on a shelf (and in my Classic Space collection). Putting the chunky acrylic pieces together using an Allen key is straightforward, and once built the stand feels sturdy. You can choose to assemble the stand in one of two configurations, depending on which direction you want the ship to ‘travel’ in.
The ship rests on the stand – the cutouts on top of the acrylic pieces ensure it’s a secure fit – and it’s easy to lift the Galaxy Explorer off and swoosh it around your room, before returning it to the stand. The acrylic pieces slot into the three openings in the model that are for its landing gear – you’re unable to retract the gear once the stand is in place. But this is LEGO of course, and if having the landing gear on show with the model in flight bothers you, simply remove the LEGO pieces.
Once you've built it and placed the Galaxy Explorer on top, you'll soon realise that iDisplayit's stand is the perfect accessory to a great LEGO model!
Great stand :) using mine to display my imperial shuttle in flight with wings down :) looks brilliant :) helps make your models stand out :) plastic nice and thick and when model attached its solid and no risk of falling off :) will buy all my display stands here going forward :) best i have used :)
